Do you have photos of your food and past events?

We invite you to visit our Instagram and our gallery of select events to experience the style of our food and company. 

How early do I need to place my order?

The sooner the better! We require at least 48 hours notice for all orders.

Do you have all menu items, all year?

Menu items change with the season and availability.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

All orders must meet a minimum value of $500 .

Do you deliver?

Pick up and delivery options are available seven days a week. Pick up of orders will be from our Arcadia location. Delivery options are only available for orders over $750. Delivery charges are based upon distance from our kitchen and estimated delivery fee will be provided at the time of ordering.

We will arrange for pick up or delivery at the time of the order so you are clear on when you will be receiving your delicious food. 

Do you provide platters?

Tracy’s signature arrangement comes on white platters that must be returned by an agreed upon date or you have the option of disposable containers. 

Unreturned platters are a fee of $30 unless specified 

Do you provide plates, utensils, and napkins?

Disposable options are available for an additional charge.

Are Gluten-Free, Vegan, or Vegetarian options available?

Specific items with the above restrictions can be modified at the client’s request.

Does Tracy’s Kitchen help with event rentals?

No, but we highly recommend A to Z Rentals!

Does Tracy’s Kitchen have servers on staff?

No, but we have worked with a professional wait staff for years! We will be happy to recommend them for your next event!

What is your cancelation policy?

Order must be finalized by 9am the day before your event.

Please contact us immediately for any changes or cancellations.  Cancelations are subject to a fee.
